【摘要】目的:评价在结肠癌术后开展早期肠内营养的效果。方法:选取我院收的92例结肠癌患者为研究对象,
按随机双盲法分为参照组和研究组,各46例,参照组实施常规营养护理干预,研究组实施早期肠内营养干预。对比两
组的营养指标、临床指标及并发症发生率。结果:术后7d,研究组的营养各指标水平均优于参照组,Pv0.05;研究组
的首次排气时间、首次排便时间和住院时间短于参照组,Pv0.05;研究组的并发症发生率低于参照组,P0.05o结论:
对实施结肠癌手术治疗的患者开展早期肠内营养护理干预,在改善患者的营养指标方面效果显著,减少了并发症,对促
进患者术后的康复有积极的影响。

Thefirstexhausttime,firstdefecationtimeandhospitalizationtimeofthestudygroupwereshorterthanthoseofthe
referencegroup,P0.05;Thecomplicationrateofthestudygroupwaslowerthanthatofthereferencegroup
(P0.05).Conclusion:Earlyenteralnutritionnursinginterventionforpatientsundergoingcoloncancersurgeryhasa
significanteffectonimprovingthenutritionalindexesofpatients,reducingcomplications,andhasapositiveimpacton
promotingpostoperativerehabilitationofpatients.
