【摘要】目的：分析老年慢性支气管炎患者开展中医护理干预的应用效果方法：本次研究时间段与对象分别为

2021年1月—2021年12月与80例老年慢性支气管炎患者，并以护理措施分为常规组(40例，常规护理)和中医组

(40例，中医护理)，对比两组患者护理结果结果：护理前，两组中医症状积分及生活质量评分比较无差异(P0.05)；

护理后，两组中医症状积分较护理前明显降低，生活质量评分较护理前明显提升，且中医组上述指标更突出(Pv0.05)

中医组护理总满意度明显高于常规组(Pv0.05)结论：对老年慢性支气管炎患者实施中医护理干预，可快速消除疾病

症状，降低中医症状积分，并提升生活质量，且取得较高护理服务的满意度评价

[Abstract]Objective：ToanalyzetheapplicationeffectoftraditionalChinesemedicinenursininterventionin

bynursinmeasures.Thenursinresultsofthetworoupsofpatientswerecompared.Results：Therewasno

differenceinTCMsymptomscoresandqualityoflifescoresbetweenthetworoupsbeforenursin(P0.05)；After

nursin,theTCMsymptomscoresinbothroupsweresinificantlydecreasedcomparedtobeforenursin,qualityoflife

scoresweresinificantlyincreasedcomparedtobeforenursin,andtheaboveindexesweremoreprominentinthe

traditionalChinesemedicineroup(P0.05).TheoverallnursinsatisfactionofthetraditionalChinesemedicine

roupwassinificantlyhiherthanthatoftheconventionalroup(P0.05).Conclusion：TheimplementationofTCM
