摘要
本文以逆向设计理论、最近发展区理论和活动课程理论为理论基础，以课程
标准、部编教材和学生学情为现实基础，采用问卷调查法、访谈法、案例分析法
的研究方法，发现目前“双减”政策背景下初中语文作业设计环节存在不少问题，
教育工作者需要深刻反思，积极探索如何实现减负增效。通过对国内外相关文献
的考察，笔者认为有必要开展初中语文单元作业研究，探索如何在单元作业中整
合教学内容，达到减负提质的效果，推动教育教学的高质量发展。
本文从理论概述及设计依据、设计原则与策略、实践案例等方面对初中语文
单元作业设计展开研究：
第一章通过文献研究法对单元作业的基本概念进行阐述，并对初中语文单元
作业设计的理论和现实依据进行分析，为后续章节奠定了坚实的理论基础。第二
章采用问卷调查法和访谈法深入了解当前的语文作业设计和实施状况，发现当前
初中语文作业存在目的不明确、形式和评价方式单一等问题，为接下来的策略分
析研究提供依据。第三章深入探讨了初中语文单元作业的设计原则和策略，在整
体性、分层性、实践性原则的基础上，进一步总结出初中语文单元作业设计的优
化策略。第四章立足优化策略进行案例分析，以部编版初中语文教材为例，展示
并分析了阅读、写作和综合性学习三种类型的单元作业案例，以期为未来的教育
工作者提供有益的参考和启示。
