年12月期间收治的60例老年糖尿病患者，采用数字表法将其随机分成两组对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用个体化
护理干预对比两组患者血糖水平、生活质量以及依从性结果：护理后，与对照组比较，观察组FPG、2hPBG及体
内糖化血红蛋白水平均显著更低（Pv0.05）；护理后，观察组各项生活质量评分均高于对照组（Pv0.05）；观察组依从
率高于对照组（Pv0.05）o结论：本次研究证明个体化护理干预是具有临床意义的，能有效控制患者的血糖水平，提高
生活质量和依从性

[Abstract]Objective：Toexploretheclinicalapplicationeffectofindividalizednrsinginterventioninthe
nrsingofelderlypatientswithdiabetes.Methods：Sixtyelderlypatientswithdiabetesmellitsadmittedtoorhospital
fromApril2023toDecember2023wereselectedandrandomlydividedintotwogropsbythedigitaltable
method.Thecontrolgropreceivedrotinecare,whiletheobservationgropreceivedindividalizednrsing
intervention.Thebloodglcoselevels,qalityoflife,andcompliancebetweenthetwogropsofpatientswere
compared.Reslts：Afternrsing,comparedwiththecontrolgrop,thelevelsofFPG,2hPBGandglycated
hemoglobininthebodyintheobservationgropweresignificantlylower（P0.05）；Afternrsing,theqalityoflife
scoresoftheobservationgropwerehigherthanthoseofthecontrolgrop（P0.05）；Thecompliancerateofthe
observationgropwashigherthanthatofthecontrolgrop（Pv0.05）.Conclsion：Thisstdydemonstratesthat
individalizednrsinginterventionshaveclinicalsignificance,caneffectivelycontrolpatientbloodsgarlevels,
improvetheirqalityoflifeandcompliance.
