10.本协定书自双方签署之日起生效，并具有法律约束力。
法律适用和争议解决
1.本协定书的订立、生效、履行和解释适用中华人民共和国的法律。
2.若协定书中的任何条款存在争议或解释不一致的情况，双方应友好协商解决。若无法达成一致意见，双方同意将争议提交至有管辖权的法院解决。

AgreementContent
1.Theselleragreestotransfertheownershipofthevehicletothebuyer,andthebuyeragreestoacceptthevehicleandpaytheagreedtransactionamount.
2.Thebuyershallmakethepaymenttothesellerwithinthreeworkingdaysaftersigningthisagreement.ThetransactionamountshallbemutuallyagreeduponinChineseyuan(RMB).
4.Afterthetransferofthevehicle,thebuyershallberesponsiblefortheinsurance,maintenance,andotherrelatedexpenses.
5.Thetransferfeesshallbebornebythebuyer.
6.Thesellerguaranteesthattherearenolegaldisputesregardingthevehiclebeforethetransfer,includingbutnotlimitedtomortgages,seizures,andimpoundments.
7.Thesellerguaranteestheauthenticityandlegalityofthevehicleandshallnotbeheldliableforthequalityandperformanceofthevehicle.
8.Thebuyerhasconductedadetailedinspectionofthevehiclebeforesigningthisagreementandissatisfiedwiththequalityandperformanceofthevehicle.
10.Thisagreementshalltakeeffectfromthedateofsignaturebybothpartiesandshallbelegallybinding.
ApplicableLawandDisputeResolution
1.Theformation,effectiveness,performance,andinterpre
