透明PC板材挤出成型工艺设计
摘要
本设计主要介绍PC板材的挤出成型工艺，较详细地说明了PC板材的原料选
取、挤出生产工艺流程及参数的确定和废品的后处理等方面。对挤出机、三辊压
光机机等型号的选定进行了明确的计算。计算了工艺过程中物料衡算和热量衡算。
还就车间管理与生产组织、工程经济概算进行了规划。最后确定了年产量3000t
的PC板材的挤出成型工艺，其原料可行，车间管理与生产组织完善。
本次设计的特点是从厂区布置到车间生产过程，以及废料处理最大限度的简
化生产，提高生产效率，提高了原料的利用率，并且使产品符合市场的要求。

production.
Thisdesignischaracterizedbytheproductionfromtheplantlayoutto
theworkshopprocess,aswellasasimplifiedwastedisposaltomaximize
production,improveproductionefficiencyandgreatlyimprovedutilizatio
ofrawmaterialsandthepollutiontoaminimum.
