商用车金属保险杠漆膜脱落失效分析与建议

摘要：主要介绍了某商用车生产公司接市场客户反馈车身外饰件金属保险杠在使用过程中出现漆膜脱落问题的分析与
处理过程。针对市场反馈故障件，通过对客户工作现场确认，同时进行宏观、微观失效分析以及材质成分分析，明确了故障
原因并提出改进建议，为产品制造质量提供了有利保障，并为后续工艺的升级改善提供借鉴。

upgradingandimprovementofthesubsequentprocess.
