《图书馆服务宣言》审视和反思
基于《国际图联趋势报告》分析

摘要2008年，中国图书馆学会发布《图书馆服务宣言》是中国图书馆行业的里程碑。15年过
去了，面对时代的发展，我们需要重新审视和思考以宣言为代表的图书馆服务理念和核心价值。
因此，文章对近5年（2018-2022年）国际图联发布的《国际图联趋势报告》进行文本分析，从
“参与社会建设”“平等与权利”“消数字鸿沟”“普遍开放”“人文精神”等7个方面对报告内容进
行梳理和分析。以此为视角，对照《图书馆服务宣言》内容，结合行业发展态势，提出图书馆发
展的启示和思考。
