摘要
随着生活水平的提高，改进传统生产技术，研究开发适宜辣椒产地的先进清洗制干技术与装备，应用新型工艺生产出高品质的辣椒干，为当前辣椒干产业发展之急需。本次毕业设计的选题来源于生产实际，针对辣椒烘干过程费时费力问题设计制造一款辣椒烘干机。本文设计完成的主要内容如下：详细介绍了辣椒清洗烘干机的基本特点和相关知识内容，通过收集汇总各种文献书籍，阐述其发展历史和已取得的技术成果；结合生产实际，基于辣椒烘干机的相关参数，总体设计辣椒清洗烘干机的结构方案，并对实现其功能的有关机构进行设计；对设计所得辣椒清洗烘干机的基本工作原理进行阐述，介绍设备的工作流程；对辣椒清洗烘干机的驱动机构进行设计，并对它的相关设计参数进行校核计算，确保设计的辣椒烘干机具有足够的刚度以及强度，能够满足实际生产的需求。
我的课题是——辣椒烘干机设计。设计一种梯型式辣椒干燥机对成熟的红辣椒进行烘干，并保证干燥品质，实现辣椒的安全运输和贮藏。干燥机主体部分设计为重点，既要保证干燥品质，又要具有合理的工艺要求。并且我将针对网带式烘干机的各部件进行研究分析，进行合理的优化已达到最佳的烘干效果。

Abstract
