##二、引言
鉴于甲方拥有产品的设计、品牌及市场销售渠道等资源，乙方具备产品生产制造的专业能力和设施，双方经友好协商，依据《中华人民共和国民法典》及相关法律法规的规定，就甲方委托乙方进行产品生产加工事宜达成如下协议，以资共同遵守。
WhereasPartyAhasresourcessuchasproductdesign,brand,andmarketsaleschannels,andPartyBhastheprofessionalcapabilitiesandfacilitiesforproductmanufacturing.Throughfriendlynegotiation,thetwoparties,inaccordancewiththeprovisionsoftheCivilCodeofthePeoplesRepublicofChinaandrelevantlawsandregulations,herebyenterintothefollowingagreementregardingPartyAsmissioningPartyBtoprocesstheproductionofproducts,andbothpartiesshallabidebyit.
##三、定义与解释
3.1定义
产品：指甲方提供设计方案及相关技术要求，由乙方按照本协议约定生产加工的[产品具体名称]。

DesignPlan:Referstothedesigndrawings,technicaldocuments,andrelevantmaterialsownedbyPartyAregardingtheappearance,structure,function,etc.oftheproduct.
技术要求：涵盖产品的质量标准、性能参数、原材料规格等方面的具体要求。
TechnicalRequirements:Coverspecificrequirementsregardingproductqualitystandards,performanceparameters,rawmaterialspecifications,etc.
品牌标识：指甲方的商标、商号、包装装潢等用于识别产品来源和品牌形象的标识。
