的问题与优化对策分析

在我国经济与社会持续发展,市场环境不断变化的背景下,消费者对披萨餐饮的个性化和品质化需求日益增长。然而,我国披萨餐饮行业仍处于初级发展阶段,面临餐饮缺乏创新、服务营销策略体系不完善等挑战。本文以必胜客杭州湖滨路店为研究对象,运用文献资料法,收集国内外专家学者在餐饮服务营销策略方面的研究成果;通过实践调研法,深入企业内部及卖场,结合问卷调查收集消费者反馈,全面了解店铺运营情况。借助PEST分析法、波特五力模型及SWOT分析,剖析店铺所处宏观环境、竞争态势及自身优劣势。研究发现,该店在产品、价格、渠道、促销等服务营销策略方面存在诸多问题,如产品个性化程度不足、定价方式缺乏灵活性、互联网平台建设滞后、虚拟社区促销效果不佳等。基于此,提出针对性的优化策略,包括产品个性化研发、根据款式与产品定位分层定价、建设餐饮师渠道与互联网平台、强化虚拟社区精准促销与发展社区团购等。若这些策略有效实施,有望提升店铺市场竞争力,但本研究因时间与资源限制,样本存在一定局限性,未来研究可进一步扩大样本规模,为行业服务营销策略优化提供更有力支持。

AgainstthebackdropofChinascontinuouseconomicandsocialdevelopmentandtheever-changingmarketenvironment,consumersdemandforpersonalizedandhighpizzadiningisincreasingdaybyday.However,Chinaspizzadiningindustryisstillinitsprimarystageofdevelopment,facingchallengessuchasalackofinnovationinandanincompletesystemofservicemarketingstrategies.ThisarticletakesthePizzaHutstoreonHubeiRoadinHangzhouastheresearchobject,appliestheliteraturemethodcollecttheresearchresultsofdomesticandforeignexpertsandscholarsinthefieldofcateringservicemarketingstrategy,andusesthepracticalresearchmethodtodeeplyunderstandtheoperationofstoreandtheconsumerfeedbackbycombiningquestionnairesurveys.WiththehelpofPESTanalysis,PortersfiveforcesmodelandSWOTanalysis,themacroenvironment,competitiveanditsownadvantagesanddisadvantagesareanalyzed.Theresearchfindsthattherearemanyproblemsintheservicemarketingstrategyofthestore,suchasinsufficientproductpersonalization,offlexibilityinpricingmethods,backwardconstructionofInternetplatforms,andpoorpromotioneffectofvirtualcommunities.Basedonthis,targetedoptimizationstrategiesareproposed,includingproductpersonalizedanddevelopment,hierarchicalpricingaccordingtostyleandproductpositioning,constructionofcateringchannelsandInternetplatforms,andstrengtheningthe
