秸秆收集粉碎压块一体机的设计
摘要:农作物收获后遗留的茎叶秸秆作为一种优质有机物材料具有极高的使用价值,可用于畜牧养殖饲料、低污染新型燃料、造纸原材料等领域。目前秸秆处理设备研究处于发展期,还未得到大范围普及,绝大部分农作物秸秆无法有效回收,直接在农田焚烧会破坏大气环境,而且会造成材料浪费。设计一款用于秸秆收集粉碎压块一体设备可以提高农作物秸秆收集粉碎效率,同时压块装置可以方便进行秸秆的储存与运输,为后续秸秆的高效利用创造条件。通过研究文献得到秸秆处理设备的研究进展,对秸秆收集粉碎压块一体机各部分机构进行结构设计计算,使用SolidWorks软件建立设备三维模型,使用AutoCAD软件绘制设备二维装配图以及零件图图纸,完成设备设计工作,对秸秆高效处理利用具有较大意义。

Abstract:Asahigh-qualityorganicmaterial,cropstalkhashighusevalue.Itcanbeusedinanimalhusbandryfeed,lowpollutionnewfuel,papermakingrawmaterialsandotherfields.Atpresent,theresearchonstrawtreatmentequipmentisinthedevelopmentstageandhasnotbeenpopularizedonalargescale.Thevastmajorityofcropstrawcannotbeeffectivelyrecycled.Burningdirectlyinfarmlandwilldamagetheatmosphericenvironmentandcausematerialwaste.Anintegratedequipmentforstrawcollection,crushingandbriquettingisdesigned,whichcanimprovetheefficiencyofcropstrawcollectionandcrushing.Atthesametime,thebriquettingdevicecanfacilitatethestorageandtransportationofstrawandcreateconditionsfortheefficientutilizationofsubsequentstraw.Theresearchprogressofstrawtreatmentequipmentisobtainedthroughtheresearchliterature.Thestructuraldesignandcalculationofeachpartofthemechanismofstrawcollection,crushingandbriquettingintegratedmachinearecarriedout.Thethree-dimensionalmodeloftheequipmentisestablishedbyusingSolidWorkssoftware,andthetwo-dimensionalassemblydrawingandpartdrawingoftheequipmentaredrawnbyAutoCADsoftwaretocompletetheequipmentdesign,whichisofgreatsignificancefortheefficienttreatmentandutilizationofstraw.
