Onceuponatime,afishermansetouttoexploreariver.Hegotinhis
smallboatandbegantorow.Thefishermanrowedandrowedand
rowed.Hegotsocaughtupintherhythmoftherowing,helosttrack
ofwherehewas.Still,hekeptonrowing.
Alongtheway,thefishermanspottedsomepeachtreesontheriver
bankcoveredwithflowers.Fartherdowntheriver,hesaw
moreblossomingpeachtrees.
“Theremustbehundredsoftrees!”thefishermangasped.
Attheendoftheriver,thefishermancameuponawholeforestof
blossomingpeachtrees.Ashesteppedoffhisboat,hisfeetsankin
acarpetofpeachpetals.Thesweetsmellfilledtheair.
“Thisisapeachparadise!”thefishermancried.“Ihaveneverseenor
smelledanythinglikeit!”

endoftheforesthefoundamountain.Atthebaseofthemountainwasa
tinycave.Thesmallopeningwasjustwideenoughtofitoneperson.
Abeamoflightshoneoutfromthecave.Theedgesofthebeam
werelacedwithcolorsoftherainbow.Itfeltmagical.
“It’slikethatrainbowlightiscallingmeintothecave,”thefisherman
whisperedtohimself.
Hecrawledinsidethetinyopening.Itwasdifficulttosee,buthekept
crawlingtowardthelight.Thenarrowtunnelstartedtogetwidera
