2、交付条款TERMSOFDELIVERY:FOB（Qingdao）
2.1术语“离岸价格（FOB）”应根据国际商会（ICC）出版《国际贸易术语解释通则》（即INCOTERMS,）进行解释,除非本协议中另有要求。
Theterms“FOB”shallbesubjecttothe“InternationalRulesfortheInterpretationofTradeTerms”(INCOTERMS,)providedbyInternationalChamberofCommerce(ICC)unlessotherwisestipulatedherein.
2.2如若是付款条款是TT或者D/P,付款则根据到港后最晚十五（15）个工作日之内付款。
2.3如若是付款条款是即期信用证,付款则根据到港后最晚十五（15）个工作日之内付款。
2.4如若是付款条款是远期信用证,付款则根据开船后信用证要求天数进行付款。
