3.7铁路货车运行安全监控系统Railroadwagonoperationsafetymonitoringsystem郑州铁路职业技术学院货车安全防范系统是车辆运行安全监控系统的重要组成部分,主要有Trucksafetypreventionsystemisanimportantpartofthevehicleoperationsafetymonitoringsystem,mainlyhas:车辆轴温智能探测系统(THDS)、货车故障轨边图像检测系统(TFDS)、车辆运行品质轨边动态监测系统(TPDS)、车辆滚动轴承故障轨边声学诊断系统(TADS)货车轮对尺寸动态检测系统(TWDS)

一、车辆轴温智能探测系统(THDS)郑州铁路职业技术学院THDS预报标准分为热轴故障预报和疑似抱闸预报,热轴故障预报按不同程度的热轴故障,由低到高分为微热、强热、激热三个等级;疑似抱闸预报分为一级、二级。THDSforecastingstandardisdividedintohotshaftfailureforecastandsuspectedhold-upforecast,hotshaftfailureforecastisdividedintothreelevelsofmicro-heat,strongheatandintenseheatfromlowtohighaccordingtodifferentdegreesofhotshaftfailure;suspectedhold-upforecastisdividedintolevel1andlevel2.THDS运用红外线辐射探测、计算机和网络通信等技术,具备实时监测运行车辆轴温、智能跟踪和热轴自动报警等基本功能。THDS探测站沿铁路线路平均距离30km设置,特殊情况不超过35km。THDSusesinfraredradiationdetection,computerandnetworkcommunicationtechnologies,withreal-timemonitoringofvehicleaxletemperature,intelligenttrackingandhotaxleautomaticalarmsandotherbasicfunctions.THDSdetectionstationsaresetupatanaveragedistanceof30kmalongtherailroadline,withnomorethan35kminspecialcases.

一、车辆轴温智能探测系统(THDS)郑州铁路职业技术学院THDS预报原则THDSforecastingprinciples按照“微热跟踪,强热前方车站停车,激热立即停车”的原则,微热由系统自动跟踪,铁路局集团公司红外线调度员负责强热、激热铁路货车的预报,THDS动态检车员负责本站人机分工、人工检查作业列车的微热预报,疑似抱闸的预报原则由各铁路局集团公司根据实际制定。Inaccordancewiththemicro-heattracking,strongheataheadofthestationstops,heatimmediatelystopprinciple,micro-heatautomaticallytrackedbythesystem,theRailwayBureauGroupinfrareddispatcherisresponsibleforthestrongheat,heatrailroadwagonsforecast,THDSdynamiccheckerisresponsibleforthestationman-machinedivisionoflabor,manualinspectionofthetrainsmicro-heatforecast,
