Confidentiality
1、Eachpartywarrantsandundertakesthatitshallatalltimesduringthe
Termrespectandpreservetheconfidentialityofalldocumentsand
informationprovidedbytheotherpartythatis,byitsnature,
confidentialand/orwhichthedisclosingpartynotifiestotheother
partyisconfidential.Fortheavoidanceofdoubt,theexistence,nature
andsubjectofthisAgreement,allcommunicationsbetweenthe
partiesandallinformationandothermaterialsuppliedto,orreceived
by,anypartyfromanyotherpartyinconnectionwithnegotiations
leadingtothisAgreementandthisAgreementwhichiseithermarked
confidentialorbyitsnatureisintendedtobefortheknowledgeof
therecipientand/oranyotherpersonwithinClause5.3alone,all
aspectsofthedesignoftheBoatshallbedeemedtobeconfidential.

anysecuritiesexchangeorregulatoryorgovernmentalbodyhaving
jurisdictionoverthereceivingparty.Inthecasewheredisclosureis
