土地由政府平整完成，政府力争在2013年10月挂牌，挂牌以后至信可进场做施工前准备（厂区围墙、厂区道路、活动板房等），待摘牌后就可以正式施工，计划在2014/07/30前完成厂房建设。

a、CD539项目在明年即2014年5月19日之前共有二次交货节点，全部样件生产全都在重庆至信生产，预计每一批样件都提前30天开始生产、检测，然后用定制的一次性木箱装箱，提前一周发运到杭州;

b、长途运输：重庆至信公司将联系运输公司（有固定的运输公司）提前10天左右开始发运，按正常路途估计走5-6天左右；

c、杭州至信厂房前置审批手续基本办完就等土地挂牌，然后12月初摘牌，预计2013年11月开工。到明年5月底厂房有封顶工期的完成，届时我公司将划出一块地方将作为CD539项目库房临时中转地，如没有按期封顶，则公司将考虑在福特杭州工厂租借一处库房作为临时用的中转站

d、杭州至信将由专人负责接收从重庆来的CD539项目的产品，然后再由专项负责人按福特杭州工厂的需求分批发往福特杭州工厂装车，杭州至信会负责现场试装跟线。
